3.2 Jeeve only collects Patient information indirectly from the Patient's Medical Practice or Clinician. Jeeve holds and processes this information on their behalf.

3.3 Personal Information we collect may include:

  1. Information about Medical Practices, including practice name, address, contact details, ABN, and financial information;
  2. Information about Clinicians, including name, contact details, qualifications, provider numbers, and performance data;
  3. Information about Patients, including contact details, health information, appointment history, and transaction data;
  4. Information about suppliers and service providers;
  5. Information about our employees and contractors;
  6. Information about any person who contacts Jeeve directly.

4. How and when do we collect Personal Information?

4.1 We collect Personal Information when you make an enquiry about our products or services.

4.2 We collect Personal Information when you register for or use our products and services.

4.3 We collect Personal Information when you visit our website.

4.4 We collect Personal Information from third party services that you connect to our platform, such as Practice Management Software (PMS) and accounting software.

4.5 When you authorise a connection to a third party service, you grant Jeeve access to retrieve and process data from that service for the purposes of reconciliation, analytics, and fraud detection.

4.7 We may collect Personal Information from third parties, such as referral partners or marketing service providers.

Jeeve does NOT market directly to Patients.

We take reasonable steps to protect the Personal Information we hold from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We store Personal Information using industry-standard security measures, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
